* Eat a real big cookie

* Buy some really unique note cards (I’m not crafty). Write an encouraging, caring note to someone going through a tough time or just someone you sense needs a kind word.

What is it about fresh flowers?! (Also I would love to be you neighbor, watching you run through the sprinkler on your own… 😂)

The Psalms are my go-to part of the Bible when life seems to be spinning. They’ve been a good companion.

Loved reading this Sarah. I do walk a lot. I also began a practice recently of deep breathing the Lords Prayer. Every inhale and exhale I recite a line in my head. It has been very comforting to me. Also, we have a local candy shop and they sell Swedish gummies(amazing), every couple of weeks I treat myself. It’s a small thing I delight in.

I think cultivating and paying attention to delight is so key. Also I really love the idea of Psalms as breath prayers. Thank you for sharing that idea.

Remember that caffeinated beverages are not nearly hydrating enough.

We need to drink water more often than we realize.

It can make a big difference.
